I have heard that if you work part-time in several offices and are willing to travel, your hourly rate can go up; but typically you will not get benefits.

Reply:It depends on where you live just like any job. It is a great career though. Most offices consider 30 hours a week full time. You have great hours, usually 8 to 4 with lunch. You have great dental benefits too. Look into what hygenist make in your state, for example I have a friend in Mass. that makes about $40 an hour!
