Pros: part time job, great if you are planning on having children and only want to work a few days a week; pay is fair for part time; respectable job; helping people improve the appearance and health of their teeth.
Cons: part time if you prefer to have full time hours you will not find that; no benefits; dirty bloody mouths; back ache and neck ache; exposure to bodily fluids; and if the patient's mouth is unhealthy then you are looked at as "rough" and it is hard to cater to people who are scared of pain.

cons~bad breath! splatter from cleaning teeth onto you, fighting/biting children! pros~day job with no holidays
