the odds a against it. a hygenist would spend most of the time at base. so no not likely. :)
If someone wanted to be dental hygenist in the Navy ........ Would they get killed?
If a boat sinks and you're on it. maybe...
lol just scarin you... no you wont get harmed unless you're in a war or being attacked
Reply:WhAt?!? why would you get killed
Reply:RIGHT SHIP - WRONG TIME
Reply:The navy is about ships...if your ship is 'killed' then so are you, but sea-shore rotation for a dental tech is probably awesome.
Reply:probably not.
Reply:You joining the military sort of increases the percentage of you being killed.
They could station you in a hospital in Iraq. You never know when it comes to the military. I mean you prolly have a less chance than a Seals member of dieing
Reply:It is possible though very unlikely. The only possibility I can think of is if you were assigned to a Forward Operating Base (FOB) to aggument one of the other branches and then you are unlucky enough to get hit by mortors.
Reply:No matter what you are, all medical personnel go where the fighting is......When your time is up, its up!
Reply:Only if you left the nitros-oxide valve left on in a confined space.......say a dentist office. Then i'd say have at it!
In fact, now that I think of it, that would be THE funniest and most enjoyable way to go out. LAUGHING all the way until the lights went out.
Reply:I don't care what your MOS is or where you're at....When it's your time...It's you're time.
Reply:Sure....You could also get killed walking down the street in five minutes.
Reply:never
