My cleaning is scheduled for Friday at 4:30 p.m. Should I eat lots of peanut brittle, marshmallow fluff and Oreo cookies just before so I get to spend more time with her? I figure if it takes two hours or so, it's almost dinnertime and then I can ask her out.

Just relax and sometime after she works on you, ask her if she'd like to accompany you to dinner afterward. If she says "yes", great! If she says "no", then you've paid her a compliment. Plus you save all that $$$ on peanut brittle!
