Which is better Miami or La?

and whats the average rent in a nice city outside of LA. is it too expensive to own a house outside of LA. i am a dental hygenist.

go live in connecticut or west virginia instead


its cheaper in those two states than anywhere else

Reply:L.A.- miami is way too expensive. Especially the Keys. Anaheim isnt too bad.
Reply:Even in the not so nice areas outside of LA are getting expensive too. A small townhouse (outside of LA) is about 300 thousand dollars, A house around 500 and more. It is crazy.


Check to see how much dental hygenist get out here before you move. Miami is the same, expensive.


It's only getting higher....


Rent: anywhere from 900 and up for one bedroom ,


and 1100 to 1600 dollars a month for 2 bedrooms. really depends where you live
