I've been flossing thoroughly (and properly as shown to me by my dental hygenist) for about 10 days, twice a day. My gums are lighter and less swollen but it is still REALLY painful to floss and it bleeds a little on a couple of teeth.
It STILL hurts to floss =[?
It takes some time for gingivitis to go away, unfortunately. But, you can see a difference already and that shows that you're making progress. Some gums bleed regardless of how healthy they are. I know it hurts, but keep doing it and it will get better eventually, I promise!
Reply:so what's the question? Should it still hurt? Yes. It's gonna take some time to make those gums tuff.
